Bidwells

BRAND POSITIONING AND IDENTITY
Bidwells is a property consultancy whose area of business is focused on the 'Golden Triangle' between London, Cambridge and Oxford. Their team managed assets from prominent land-owning colleges in Oxford and Cambridge, to thousands of square miles of coastline and countryside. I led the creative team on the identity creation of this rebrand. The new identity featured and emblem of this 'Golden Triangle' combined with elegant, straight forward elements, and a colour palette that combined the colours of Cambridge and Oxford.

Advertising
The first residential campaign played off relatable tricks that people use to help sell a home, to highlight the honest and helpful advice Bidwells offers.

We positioned Bidwells as 'Well Informed' - highlighting their expertise and extensive knowledge

Art direction
As part of the rebrand, I was the Art Director for the national photoshoot, covering a vast landscape of urban and rural environments. These featured Bidwells employees and their clients, telling the story of their ability to forge successful long-term partnerships.

Identity
The rebrand programme covered residential and commercial property advertising, to signage and wayfinding solutions.

Events
Bidwells held a charity bike ride as part of their launch activity, cycling the golden triangle. I created the event identity, and even took part, i've got my 'thumbs up' below...

Employer brand
As part of the rebrand we also looked at the employers comms, here I used the triangle asset to create a series of playful illustrations in the brand style.
